This Privacy Policy explains how RevNorth, LLC ("RevNorth," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our AI-powered software-as-a-service sales intelligence platform for real estate investment, including related subscription services, integrations, websites, applications, documentation, and online tools (collectively, the "Platform"), and our website at revnorth.io (the "Site").
This Privacy Policy applies to information we process as a business in connection with our Site, marketing activities, and customer accounts. When we process personal information on behalf of a business customer through the Platform, we act as a service provider or processor, and that processing is governed by our Master Services Agreement, Terms of Service, and Data Processing Addendum with that customer.
1. Who We Are
RevNorth is a Colorado limited liability company providing an AI-powered platform that helps real estate investment teams analyze and improve sales conversations and acquisition workflows. Our Platform integrates with our customers' technical stacks to process call recordings, transcripts, and related data on their behalf.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide to Us
Account and contact information: name, business email, phone number, company name, role, and login credentials.
Billing information: payment card or bank details, billing address, and transaction history (processed through our payment provider; we do not store full payment card numbers).
Communications: messages you send us through support requests, sales inquiries, or other channels.
Marketing information: information you submit through forms on the Site, including newsletter sign-ups or demo requests.
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
Usage data: how you interact with the Platform and Site, including pages viewed, features used, and timestamps.
Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs.
Cookies and similar technologies: we use essential cookies required for Platform functionality, authentication, and security. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
2.3 Customer Data Processed Through the Platform
When our business customers use the Platform, they submit call recordings or transcripts (collectively, "Customer Data"). Customer Data may contain personal information about the customer's employees, contractors, leads, prospects, clients, or other individuals.
Our business customers are responsible for determining what Customer Data is submitted to the Platform, for obtaining all required notices, consents, and legal bases for processing that data, and for complying with all applicable laws governing call recording, communications, and personal information. RevNorth processes Customer Data on the customer's behalf as a service provider or processor and only in accordance with the customer's instructions and our agreements with the customer.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Platform and Site.
Authenticate users, manage accounts, and provide customer support.
Process payments and manage billing.
Communicate with customers about the Platform, including service-related announcements, security notices, and updates.
Send marketing communications about RevNorth products and services to business contacts who have opted in or where otherwise permitted by law. You may opt out at any time.
Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our agreements or applicable law.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Generate aggregated and de-identified statistical and performance information related to the operation of the Platform. Such information does not identify any individual customer or person.
We do not use Customer Data to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as described below.
4.1 Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers that help us deliver, operate, and support the Platform and our business, including providers of cloud infrastructure and hosting, telephony, transcription, artificial intelligence inference, voice synthesis, customer relationship management, workflow automation, payment processing, analytics relating to Platform operation, customer support, and similar services. These providers are contractually bound to protect the information we share with them and to use it only to provide services to RevNorth. A current list of subprocessors is maintained in our Data Processing Addendum.
4.2 Business Customers
If you are an individual whose information has been submitted to the Platform by a RevNorth business customer, we share information with that customer as necessary to provide the Platform to them.
4.3 Legal and Safety
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, legal process, or governmental request; necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of RevNorth, our customers, or others; or necessary to investigate or prevent fraud, security incidents, or violations of our agreements or applicable law.
4.4 Corporate Transactions
If RevNorth is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
4.5 With Your Consent
We may share information with your consent or at your direction.
4.6 No Sale or Sharing for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising
RevNorth does not sell personal information. RevNorth does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. RevNorth does not use personal information for targeted advertising.
5. Call Recordings and Communications
When our business customers use the Platform to record, transcribe, or analyze calls or other communications, the business customer is responsible for providing required notices to and obtaining required consents from all participants in those communications, including under one-party and two-party consent laws in any applicable jurisdiction (such as California, Florida, and others). RevNorth provides tools and language that customers may use to support their compliance obligations, but RevNorth does not assume responsibility for the customer's compliance with applicable call recording, communications, or privacy laws.
If you are a call participant and you have questions about a recording, please contact the RevNorth customer that recorded the call.
6. How We Protect Information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks presented by the processing. These include access controls, authentication, encryption of information in transit using industry-standard protocols where appropriate, logging and monitoring of administrative activity, vulnerability management, secure configuration of multi-tenant environments, and data backup and restoration procedures. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed without authorization.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Platform and the Site, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.
Customer Data is retained for the duration of the applicable customer's subscription. Upon termination of a customer's subscription, Customer Data will be deleted or made available for export in accordance with the applicable Master Services Agreement, Terms of Service, and Data Processing Addendum, subject to standard backup, archival, security, and legal retention practices.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law (including the Colorado Privacy Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended), you may have the following rights regarding personal information we process about you as a business:
The right to confirm whether we process personal information about you and to access that information.
The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
The right to request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.
The right to receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
The right to opt out of the sale of personal information, the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the use of personal information for targeted advertising. As stated above, RevNorth does not engage in any of these activities.
The right not to be subject to discrimination for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will verify your request as required by applicable law and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You may also appeal a decision we make regarding your privacy rights request by contacting us at the same address.
If you are an individual whose information was submitted to the Platform by one of our business customers (for example, as a call participant, lead, or contact), please direct your privacy rights request to that customer. We will assist our customers in responding to such requests as required by applicable law.
9. Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that are essential for the Site and the Platform to function, including for authentication, security, and session management. We do not use advertising, social media, or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the Site and the Platform.
11. Children's Privacy
RevNorth's services are intended solely for business use by adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information to us, please contact us at [email protected].
12. United States Processing
RevNorth is based in the United States, and we process information in the United States. If you access the Platform or the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Modified" date above and provide notice through the Platform, the Site, or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Platform or the Site after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
